Refunds are not available if the commission has progressed past the lineart stage (partially finished). However, partial refunds (50%) are granted after the commission has begun but is not partially finished. Additionally, a full refund will be provided if the client requests a refund before the commission has begun.

I do not take on commission or art trade inquiries from zoophiles, pedophiles, proshippers, proparas, transmedicalists, trans-exclusionary radical feminists(TERFs), ageplayers, and those who participate in ABDL.

I will not take on a commission if the client does not have a clear and safe for work(SFW) reference sheet or picture.

Due to chronic fatigue and pain, I do not work with deadlines. However, the client will remain updated throughout the commission process; including if breaks are needed to recharge or rest.

Commissions of complex characters come with a 30% increase to the total price.

My work is not to be used for NFTs or AI generation training purposes.

Do not edit my work, line my sketches, color my lineart/sketch, use the lineart/sketch for a base, or use my work for commercial use without my permission.

Commissioning work for a blacklisted user will result in the client being blacklisted as well. This, of course, does not apply if work was commissioned before they have been blacklisted.

Adopts are available to be held for up to 72 hours (3 days). If I have not received payment or a payment plan has not been discussed before that time ends, the adopt will be taken off of hold.
